Hi, Odd title I know, but.....
I am about to reonovate my kitchen, at the moment I have an old Slimp3 (works very well) and cheap set of powered PC speakers on a shelf. In the new kitchen I would like soemthing neater i.e. less wires and more WAF (Wife Approval Factor). I was thinking of mounting good speakers on the ceiling, the Slimp3 on the bottom of a wall unit and an amp somewhere hidden. My issue is needing to turn the amp on/off whenever I use the Slimp3. I do not want to leave the amp on constantly. Can anyone suggest a good setup for this kind of thing?
