What this is saying is that it -thinks- that the IR commands are being processed, it's just taking a long time for some reason. Up to almost 4 seconds. The problem is, what's causing it? Sure looks like your hardware should have the power but it wouldn't hurt to check CPU load. Do you have any plugins?
