Hi, For the record, over the last year I have bought separately an SB3, Qnap TS101 and back-lit remote for these, and the service has been excellent, both for pre-sales and support. Jon Nelson at Ripcaster even rang me at home to clarify one point about the Qnap! I have seen a couple of other postive comments here too.
All kit is running problem free and always has - the secret is to get a setup that works, and then leave it alone, if you want close to consumer electronics reliability. If you want to fiddle, then fair enough but expect some challenges. My setup is QNAPTS101 1.2.1 0822T/Slimserver 6.3.1/SB3/Stello DA100 through Monster Coax/Arcam Delta 90/B&W CM1s + Linn Axis/Akito/K18II for Vinyl.
