I don't know what was done to "clear everything". Here's a procedure
that Support uses to do that on Windows. Try this and see.

* Stop Slimserver
(right-click on the Slimtray icon and click "Stop SlimServer")

* Remove the slimserver.pref file
(default location = C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\ )

* Remove the Slimserver Cache folder
(default location = C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\cache\ )

* Restart Slimserver

(NOTE: If when deleting the Cache you receive an error message "Error
Deleting file or folder... Cannot delete ibdata1..." this is because
one of the Slimserver processes did not correctly shut down. Simply
open Task Manager by right-clicking the Task Bar and choose Task
Manager. Next, go to the Processes tab, select "mysqld.exe" from the
list and click the "End Process" button. You should be able to delete
the entire Cache folder now.)

Next...

* In Slimserver under Server Settings, make sure your music folder and
playlist folder are set correctly and click "Change"

(if you're using iTunes, leave the music folder blank, and set the
iTunes setting to "Use iTunes" and click "Change")

* Scroll down to Rescan Music Library, set it to "Clear library and
rescan everything" and click "Rescan"
