I had this issue too...turned out to be hardware (SB3 wireless card
died)....I simply called support and they are extending the warranty by
a year and repairing it for me.

Haven't gotten it back yet, but so far, the support seems outstanding.
Don't waste time chasing non-issues. If it's rebooting, it's most
likely bad hardware.
