Fair point, but I think the problem is that there doesn't seem to be a suitably perfect set of powered speakers out there - the deal-maker for me is the easy ability of the SB to switch the speakers on/off as required. Having said that, I didn't realise the Audioengine A2s had some kind of auto-standby mode - can anyone comment more on the effectiveness of that? And does anyone have any photos of them 'in the flesh'?
