Use http://www.chaoticsoftware.com/ProductPages/MediaRage.html to edit flac tags. It's well worth the $30. I also use Max to rip to mp3 and flac at the same time, the flac's are for SB3 and the mp3 goes to my iPhone. It would be great if iTunes could handle flac, we could all try to use http://www.apple.com/feedback/ and see if it helps.
