I'm sorry to waste space here but just one more post. First, every time I threaten to throw the SB back in the box, it kicks back on and starts to work. I am listening to music streaming to the SB, for the 1st time in several days.
Here is the thing I don't understand. Earlier this evening, I did my nightly ritual of going to the controller and trying various methods to try to get it connected to the receiver including a factory reset. It did connect to my network but no choices for music on the controller. I gave up and placed the controller back in the cradle with wheel spinning. Now 2 hours later, I open up SC on the computer and I'm connected and can play music. I go downstairs to the controller but it acts as if it is still out of the loop. It does not acknowledge that there is music playing. It still says it is connected to my network but I cannot access iTunes or internet radio. If I had to rely on controlling the receiver with SC, I could almost live with that but I have never been able to play music without the controller functioning before so I don't quite understand what is happening.
