Sure, but most people will agree that Apple is scum for doing this kind of thing (and a lot more). Obviously, it's completely useless to try and suppress this kind of thing. It only makes it more interesting for newssites and blogs. I'm not totally convinced this is such a bad way to launch things. People are more interested in spreading secrets than official press releases.
