I think that finishing the personas and epics for the minimum viable user profile is a good idea. I've been reading wiki pages so I can begin to reorganize and form coherent lines through multiple pages, but what those lines look like and the exact working needs to be driven by the audience for those documents, hence the importance of personas and epics.
I'd also say, keep braindumping, I know I need that exercise just to get ideas out of my head to be able to focus on the task at hand. We don't necessarily need to process every braindump and idea in the present, but noting it and circling back on it at a later point certainly seems like a viable idea.
