I suspect it would work equally well, however, it would only top hats
in terms of silly if said stickys were put on their foreheads. I
generally find that a carefully judged level of silly increases
knowledge retention.
I'm a big +1 for requiring the instructors involved to stick the post-it
notes on their foreheads :) As someone also mentioned earlier, we found
that having two people "collaborating" naturally lent itself to some
fun/silly dialog going on "in the heads" of the people involved.
