Hi everyone, I am starting to plan a workshop with collaboration with NOAA here in Seattle. One of the questions that has come up in organizing this is whether it would be possible for scientists in other NOAA facilities to attend through webex.
Has anyone done a workshop which included 'live' attendees, and other 'remote' attendees through videoconference? Is it sufficient to have a few helpers in the remote location to help people get unstuck? What are some helpful practices to keep in mind when trying to teach in this mixed fashion? Thanks, Ariel
