No that I'm aware of.

The helpers also need to provide real time feedbacks to the instructor.
E.g. if learners need more time for one exercise.

I think that something that you really need to do is assign someone
that can be full time watching the stream from the remote location
and the etherpad (or other non-verbal communication channel).

When you are teaching remote you can have two monitors
(one for the video stream and another one that you share)
but for this mix I think this will not work
(too much information for the instructor follow).
