Hi,

Suppose you're running a Software Carpentry-style workshop (hands on,
a couple of days, 30-40 people) - what features would your ideal room
have?  So far I've got:

- in-floor power outlets every 3m
- disabled access
- reliable high-capacity WiFi (probably its own node)
- dual screen/dual projector
- wheeled tables (easy to rearrange)
  - support forward-facing, U-shaped, small islands
- extra HVAC to handle crowds with laptops in summer
- whiteboards on all available surfaces
- soundproof (or close to)
- easy external access (no interior barriers)
- easy access to washrooms and coffee area (no internal barriers)
- clock on rear wall (visible to trainer but not distracting trainees)
- storage closet for office supplies (so that they don't wander away
as quickly)
- adjustable lighting with human-comprehensible controls
- easy printer access (in room or nearby)

What would you add?
Cheers,
Greg
