Larry,I believe that iTunes supports album art sorts of things. My daughter fiddles with that sort of thing quite often in itunes if I'm understanding the concept correctly.
You asked about a mail program. I do not use any other app but I'm wondering what sort of issues or concerns cause you difficultiy in the Mail app.
