Mike and all, I'm not sure if this is what you want, but there are a
couple of things you can do with VO that might help. First, you can
set the size of the vo cursor so that what is in it will be clearly
marked as what is being spoken. The other feature of VO which may
help is the caption panel. You can set it to different sizes and
what is being spoken by vo will be displayed in the panel.
