Hi Jane,I haven't tried to recreate this in safari, but did you try restarting voice over to see if that would fix the problem? I have had several instances (I think in safari as well as other programs) where after interacting with a dialogue, when it sends me back to the application window, VO just says things like "button" where it should normally give more information. However, normally restarting VO fixes the problem.
