Well only the techs on this list could answer that accurately but I
have a feeling that you're porbably right, I was talking to a tech
some time ago, his money is made with "after sales tech support".

building a pc from parts is not uncommon, so I can understand the
spirit of the goal, but not why the idea is such an odd one where
macs are concerned?
