I did try the demo, so I wonder if that could be the problem. Do you
happen to know where Iris stores its support files? I've already
removed the demo application itself. But no matter what I do with
this installer, the only things I can see with VO are the scroll bar,
the go back, save and print buttons, and a dimmed continue button.
Even if I try interacting with the scroll bar, then clicking one of
the other buttons, nothing whatsoever happens, and there is no text
visible on the screen at all. Looks like an inaccessible installer
for sure. But the demo did not behave in this way. Therefore, what
they're distributing as a demo isn't really a demo for us, because
when you buy it it's different.
