Hi Scott. OK, well what eventually happened here, late yesterday, was that I had someone with eyes check what was happening. She said that the mouse pointer wasn't moving when I pressed VO+Command+F5, and it was way over in another window. When she used the physical mouse and dragged it into the installer app window, then continue became unshaded and it worked. So just out of interest, I quit the installer and tried it again. Exactly the same thing happened. I had her drag the pointer back without my interacting at all with the scroll bar, same results. So the problem seems to be that VO isn't always moving the mouse as it says it is.
