Hi. You need to create the PDF using Acrobat Professional which, as far as I know, is the only tool on either platform which is capable of adding accessibility tags to a document. I use Pro on a Windows box, and now have access to it on the Mac also. So if I may I will create an accessible file for anybody who would like to see what I mean. And we'll see if it works in Preview or not.

Maybe it's just me, and it must be, since others don't seem to have the same problem, but, yes, on the mac, I cannot see the links in the pdf files, even when I know where to look. However, I can't say as I have any better luck on windows. I've *never* been able to use a table of contents in a pdf file and go to the page in question using adobe reader on windows either. So, if someone has some hints/tips/configuration options to set, I'd sure appreciate hearing about it. In this regard at least, my mac is no different than my windows machine.
