I think you missed the main point of the discussion.While both preview and softcon pdf viewer allow sighted folks to access pdf links, voice over cannot. Softcon pdf viewer actually has loads of options for creating and editing pdf files, but very few of these things are accessible to voice over. I'm working on this, but I have no idea why vo doesn't see the links. The program knows they're there, and my wife can click on them just fine, but I cannot, even with a simulated mouse click. No clue why, but I'll do some debugging, and see if I can figure it out.
