Good girl, Cheryl! I, too, have an 20-inch iMac and have not noticed the problem either. I do not even notice it in gmail [use .mac mail very much as I do not have as much space as in gmail]; but, I do have every character voiced as I do all my editing via VO; editing on the fly. Joni
