Yeah be careful who you listen to at Apple. If this was a tech that
stated this crap about it was done by design and is logical, then
ignore them completely. If it came from an engineer, then I would
really be concerned. So I hope it was some tech support flunky who
just has no clue what they are talking about.

much adjusted; I just use left and right arrows to check my place
either before I delete or if I get confused. The safari/vo problem
is a lot bigger issue to me and I'm not ready to panic yet even
over that.
