This message probably is more directed to Greg, but I've noticed at  
least for me the twain driver or app that is launched when using  
external applications such as Read Iris, the ability to get around in  
the scanner's software was rather slow. Did you notice this and what  
about with the toolbox software. I didn't seem to have much slowness  
there, but certainly with Read Iris.
