If I understand Scott correctly, the Mac will do this; you just won't hear any of your tracks spoken by VoiceOver, unless iTundes is made accessible, because on the Mac, iTunes is the program that stores and sends information from the Mac to the iPod and back. You raise an interesting point with regard to RockBox; will that have a factor, if RockBox is installed for speech for the iPod? Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage, Alaska.
