All our carriers are equipped to handle GSMA, but it's my understanding 
that Singular will be the exclusive carrier for these phones.  What I'm 
not clear about is, whether or not distributors who handle Singular's 
products would be included?  We don't have Singular Wireless up here in 
the Anchorage area, or for that matter, in Alaska.  We do, however, 
have AT&T Alascom, but when I talked to one of their management people,
