Yes, this is true. i've often wondered about that with the phones that 
do employ such methods. I also wonder when calling your phone provider 
with 611, how many people accidentally dial 911. I bet quite a few. A 
combination of buttons, easily remembered but not easily pressed by 
accident may be the best sollution. Or, say, a rapid tripple press of a 
single button. Something along those lines would probably work fine.
