David, No you don't have to be registered.
I gave you some incorrect steps, when you ctrl-click on radio, you need to go to songs, ineract and once you see rock etc, expand. You'll then see a list of stations and once you find the one you want, shift-vo-space and hit return. If you want, I can call you after work and walk you through it if you want, let me know.
