i found him quite arrogant and unhelpful to be honest, and feel that
his tone was unacceptable. sure if somone says politely can u please
read the manual if you are unsure i'd be fine but his attitude was,
if i remember correctly something like oh i know you dont so forget
it, lol
it is your choice in the end though as only the moderators have key
decisions. of course, he may be a genuine contributor from now on
