I offer my support as a member of this group to support Gabe as woody  
suggests, 
 
hope you dont mind. that is of course if he does rejoin us. if he steps out  
of line I would offer my words of wisdom and support and attempt to restore 
calm  in the team. I believe in resolution with a positive level. so I offer my 
 
support as a kind of barrier between him and us. oops no I should  say as a  
filter between negative and positive or neutral  behaviour
