Hi Lou
Actually we're not all Christian (speaking for myself, anyway) but I
do agree with you on this point. While he did seem to know what he
was talking about, he did rub many people the wrong way with the
attitude. It didn't really bother me but I'm not one to let others
really get to me I guess. I, personally, would have no problem with
him being let back on so long as he avoids his attitude, as we don't
need anymore flame wars--we've had enough of those to last a lifetime
on this list due to certain individuals I will not name. I don't
think Mr. Vega meant to be offensive, but rather is just impatient
with people. Come to think of it, sometimes I sympathize, but that's
beside the point. I say let him back on, but if he messes up this
time he's out.

hi there
do forgive my input here but from what I'm finding. his technical
experience
and knowledge is of great use. I would welcome him back but
explain to him
that in no certain terms is he to conduct himself in a conduct
which is
considered by this team as unsatisfactory.
you usually find that certain people can be sharp or to the point
or even
completely cold but in the end we can all be that way and carry our
personalities through emails etc.
give him this chance. I'm assuming that we are christian fellows
who would
give him the grace and respect he needs
