VoiceOver mysql install?

Is there a way to get mysql to run its installation script on the mac? 
It is very difficult to have the mouse stationary on the mysql image file 
and then to double click it.  Other than that unless there's another way 
to get this done, I'm thinking this package is uninstallable.
  This originally came from the mysqlab home page and is version 5.0.0.12 
and is the universal binary package of about 12.3MB in size if anyone else 
has this one working.  I've been fighting with this one for weeks by now.
