For the quickest immediate fix, from finder type

VO-keys+m  twice (that's control-option-m and control-option-m)

You should be in the Airport menu for your menu bar, if not use
your right arrow to find it.  At the Airport menu arrow down and
search for an entry for monmouthapt4 and select it.  You should 
be switched over to your home network.

HTH.  You can fix up default connections later under your
Network preferences.
