Mainly try F8.

Hi Greg and all,
That's all fine and well, but unfortunately the usefulness breaks
down after the set up process. Command-Tab toggles you through all
apps, even those outside your currently active space. This is not
out Spaces works in, for example, Gnome Desktop for Linux, and
because Mac allows you to Command-Tab out of a space, it renders
the tool useless for anyone who uses the keyboard.

Here is how you might use spaces with VoiceOver.
The Spaces system preferences let you assign particular
applications to a particular space so you could go in and make
certain applications launch on a particular space. Now you can
switch space with either the control right and left arrow keys or
with the spaces menu. Each time you start an application that has
been assigned to a particular space it will start up in that
space. So you can have a space for email and chat and another for
web browsers and so on.
