Hello!
There has been much discussion about using VO-J to jump between the
table of messages in Mail and the message text and back again...
Please remember that in order for this to work, the message area must
be visible on the screen... Many of us have disabled (hidden) the
message area by moving the splitter to the bottom of the screen. If
you have done this, when you press VO-J, you may hear the "no more"
beep (because there is nothing to jump to) or you may hear "to linked
item text, message body" but get the "no more" beep when you try to
read/enteract/navigate the message body.
Hope this helps explain why it works for some but not others...

Okay,
1 interact with message table
2 use VO and the right or left arrows to find a message field. I.E.
author or subject
3 use the standard up or down arrows to locate a message
4 press VO J
5 press VO J again after you hear the message being read to you
You should now be back in the message table
5 press delete if you want to to delete the message you just read...
