We already own a 20 inch flat screen monitor.

Hello,
I am looking for an opinion.  I want to purchase a Mac for my home.  I
will primarily be using Voiceover.  I will be doing a fair amount of
audio editing, dvd conversion, etc.
My question is, will the high-end Mac Mini do what I need.  My wife will
also be doing some photo editing.  I like the Imac, but it is a bit out
of my price range right now.  However, I don't want to buy a Mini if it
is going to be very slow.
