Hi Jude,

Sorry to hear that you can't burn DVDs on your Mac Mini.  You mention
that your Mini doesn't have a supported super drive that will allow you
to burn DVDs using iDVD.  What version of iDVD is on your machine?
If it is a recent purchase and you have iDVD 6 (probably on Macs made
in the last year and a half?), you can use iDVD with an external DVD 
burner.  From the iDVD Wiki:  "from iDVD onwards, Apple supports the
ability to burn projects with third-party optical drives."
