This is not surprising considering the history of of the NFB and
legal actions. Sometimes, without a doubt, there is a lot of good
that comes from such actions in specific situations, but I think this
is more politically driven then for the sake of accessing the iTunes
website. At the same time, Apple has to address it just the same.
