I spoke to them as well. By the time I had my conversation there must
have been several other Mac users call because she admitted that the
responses from Mac users were very different than what she was hearing
from PC users. I spoke to her for quite some time on how iTunes was
developed and why Windows screen readers have such a hard time dealing
with it. This was mostly a technical discussion on how such programs
are developed and how the code is managed.
