Well, I could just imagine the NFB sooing Apple over something as stupid as this, and Apple would win it almost instantly, and then NFB will go back to there politic arguing about why the blind seem to be switching to other operating systems these days, and why Freedom Scientific, GW and Dalphan are getting less sales. Although, I do praze GW, if you're looking for the number one screen reader to use with bootcamp/fution, it would have to be window eyes, it's more stable, and they don't rip you off like FS does with upgrades. Harder to learn though.
