it's a windows interface and all she has to do is press the spacebar from 
time to time or use enter.

True, but with no sound she won't be able to install them without a bit of
guess work, unless it brings up a wizzard that VO can read seeing as leopard
is the host OS.  hmmm, if that's the case, i wonder if the bootcamp drivers
would nail the sound issue too.
