Hi John,
JM: I don't know how to double-click with the keyboard. I turned
on the cursor tracking and thought that would help, but it didn't.
TK: Double-click by pressing VO+shift+space bar twice. This performs the actual mouse-click twice. In most apps this is unnecessary as you can press cmd+o to open, or press VO+Space bar on an item to perform the default action for that item.
