Hi, I also chose to download Transmit and give it a run. This is the
first time I have used FTP before and it looks like a Finder
replacement. Can someone give me some pointers on using this
technology. I haven't purchased it yet, so please let me know
something.

Does anyone know of a accessible FTP client?
Try CyberDuck - it's free. The only thing that is not accessible
seems to b the transfer window with regards the percentage of the
upload/download. But you can tell if the file is finished by
navigating between the various buttons in the tool bar. When "stop"
button is dimmed then if I remember correctly the file will be
downloaded..
Hope this helps James
