Shaun,
It's just like any other folder or drive, you choose the file you want
and copy it to where you want it to go.

How do I download using it? When I find a FTP site, do I just put in
the User ID of the site and my password, copy the URL and hit download?

You just copy to it like you would to any other folder if you have
permission. when you press enter after typing in the address, if it

Thare are
variations on this like with other network items that you can use as
well.
You can also make an alias of it and keep it so you don't have to go
to
network and open it.
