You just copy to it like you would to any other folder if you have 
permission.  when you press enter after typing in the address, if it is 
required, you'll be prompted to put in your user id and password.  Thare are 
variations on this like with other network items that you can use as well. 
You can also make an alias of it and keep it so you don't have to go to 
network and open it.
