I don't think you can do more with a Macbook. the topic is relivant and I don't understand your notebook reference. It is small. a macbook is not small. I have to pen up and turn on mhy macbook to use it. I can just use the Icon and even if I turn it off, it's instant on.
It's biggest drawback is that it is not a standard product and if it goes belly up, it'll be gone and there's nothing currently comparable although I don't suspect it'll be long before there is. Speaking of small, there are other small products, cell phones are getting real hot and for less than a grand, you can have a fully functioning pda. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, February 03, 2008 11:01 AM Subject: Re: Icon and Macbook Air: pricing for the icon is $1350+ I personally dont think its worth it. fine as a notetaker but it is straying from the point of the list somewhat I have to say. I'm in favour of other accessible products but I have to say I prefer the mainstream market than a note taker that doesn't feel right or have that laptop characteristic to it. sorry that's my kind of view on it. but for that price you could get a macbook and have more software to it and be user configurable and do more lew
