SJ: I have the same problem too. The problem is we can't see any computers or share names. The network is just empty. My sighted parents can see the computer on the other side of the screen, and if they move the mouse over to it, VO just reads it fine. I can't find it with VO. I have tried to check the network in the finder preffences, but I can't see it on the desktop either.
TK: I've tried this at home and everything works as it should. Now, at home, I only have Apple File Protocol things to see but I'm not convinced that that is the issue. I'll take a closer look tomorrow at school where I have both Apple and Windows and see what happens. I'll let you know.
