Well, the head repair technician just came and seemed to know what he
was doing.  Hopefully, the internet will continue to work instead of
working and stopping.  Three visits by Comcast in two weeks, not to
mention being hung up on by tech support yesterday when I specifically
told them I'm blind and needed to use my other phone to confirm
something with another visually-impaired friend that would only take a
minute, is not a good thing.  But we changed the router now, so we'll
see how that goes.  Thanks to all of you for your support.  Btw, the
rude tech support man is being investigated by the supervisor.
