do you have a work-around for the sort problem in iTunes? Do
you use Mouse Keys to click on the column headers to sort? That's the
only way that I could figure out if you cannot access the vertical

key easily on your French keyboard, and it requires first reading
off the
spacing between rows in screen coordinate (y units), so you can move
your cursor up by that amount from the first row and then "click" on
the
column header to sort.
A.R. I find it easier to use VO-h twice then to type CL for
"Classement de la colonne", then go down one as there is another
command starting CLA, then I press Return and it does the job. It's
just annoying not to have the command available.
The big problem is commands using the numbers on the 4th row. On a
French keyboard, you have to press the Shift key to get the numbers
and the VO-h twice doesn't offer Hotspots. We really need a way to
reassign commands that use symbols other than the letters of the
alphabet, to accommodate all the keyboard layouts. I have, of course,
let Apple know about this problem.
